WOW, That is Just Beautiful.

I’m sure you hear this all the time, someone asking for instructions on how to build their own Lego Serenity. That said, I doubt while making this amazing piece of art you were writing down the step-by-step instructions. However, you must have a General Overall description of how you did it.
I myself have been a Lego builder since I could crawl. And in that time I have put together hundreds of sets and tons of my own personal designs (I was way into [still am] Fighter Jets, especially the F-14 Tomcat. I built so many versions of that one plane over the years. The first time I was young and the pieces colors didn’t match etc. But you get a feel for Lego building the more you do it (especially when you’re creating your own design).
Hell, I’d post a picture of it right now if some A-Hole hadn’t taken it and 3 other sets apart and then starting putting them together until halfway through he realized his idea wasn’t fun anymore and left me a mutated pile of Lego sets. But anyway, I have lots of Lego building experience; I also literally have 21 plastic suitcases filled with Legos from various sets and piece collections over the years.

I just finished putting together a huge Lego Star Wars set and I’m itching to make Old School. In these past few days I found myself re-watching every episode of Firefly followed by the Film. Having just finished a Star Wars ship and being a huge fan of Serenity as a ship (I think spaceships that have miles on them are cooler than fancy ones. Millennium Falcon for example is awesome [they've made 3 sets of it, Serenity really deserves a set])
The timing just seems Too Perfect. If I were ever going to Really Do This, Now would be the time.

So if you could tell me about any particularly special pieces I might need. Maybe give me the Major Milestones so to speak (I’m not asking for crazy detailed instructions), I would be grateful.
